Peri Hara Gopal is a highly experienced Product Analyst and Data Engineer with over 9 years of experience in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Peri was the SPOC for fixing all the technical challenges the business was facing in TMNL. He worked closely with Stake Holders, Business Users, ETL, BI, and DBA teams to analyze and provide solutions to data issues and other challenges while implementing the changes in the existing workflows. He has also worked with Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data Management teams to understand the established standards. Peri has also worked as a Teradata Performance Analyst at Groupon, where he was responsible for performance tuning of problematic queries, performance tuning at the Mapping level as well as the Database level to increase the data throughput, monitoring Viewpoint for queries, and ensuring that all deliverables were delivered on time. He collaborated and worked with business analysts and data analysts to support their data warehousing and data analysis needs. He investigated and fixed bugs that occurred in the production environment and provided on-call support. He also took care of all day-to-day operations on databases, which included incidents, changes, and alerts. Peri holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Analytics from IFIM Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Godavari College of Engineering.
